If you want to see autumn in progress, I know a great place! It is no where near 100 degrees. The leaves are changing colors – fall is in the air. Pumpkins are showing up on doorsteps. The last of the season’s corn has been picked. Apples are being picked and pressed into fresh cider. Very soon the grapes will be ready for harvesting – nothing like grape juice canned in beautiful jars and waiting in the pantry for winter’s pleasure. Autumn is not to be missed!

My daughter had to stay home from school sick today, and she was really bummed. I printed this worksheet out for her “homework” and she was thrilled. Thank you for posting this today — the timing couldn’t have been better!
